What Do You Write About?
What Do You Write About
Where Do We Write?
Writing often takes place EVERYWHERE there is an object to write on, about and for as it relates to writing. And as long as there is a tool to write with! Writing specifically takes place in the mind of a writer. Before the pen or pencils hits the paper, the writerm chooses to either portray himself as a narrator, a character a 1st, 2nd or 3rd person voice, etc.

The reason why I chose these particular links was due to the fact that I believe that all of them relate to the theme of emergence in some way. I also enjoyed the fact of finding links that were related either by writing, music, movies and community groups. It goes to show that emergence is developed through many forms and can be found in any area of life.
"Every resultant is either a sum or a difference of the co-operant forces; their sum, when their directions are the same -- their difference, when their directions are contrary. Further, every resultant is clearly traceable in its components, because these are homogeneous and commensurable. It is otherwise with emergents, when, instead of adding measurable motion to measurable motion, or things of one kind to other individuals of their kind, there is a co-operation of things of unlike kinds. The emergent is unlike its components insofar as these are incommensurable, and it cannot be reduced to their sum or their difference." (Lewes 1875, p. 412)(Blitz 1992)
