Tattoos have been around for over 2500 years. The picture above is of the arm of a Scythian mummy that was found in Russia and the tattoo has been dated back to over 2500 years. Almost all cultures, and I did say almost all use some form of tattooing or are involved in tattoos in some way.
My assignment has to do with everyone thinking about tattoos and their meanings.... this follows my final project with Kelly
How do you feel about tattoos? What is your take on them?
Are tattoos a work of art?
The meaning behind tattoos is a very big deal in some cultures I also feel that the meaning is key.
I think that maybe everyone could look for pictures of tattoos they may have, or like and post them to this page to make some sort of a "collage" of tattoos.
The picture below is of a koi tattoo, which one of the many meanings of a koi is desire, dedication and acheivement of one's goals.
